Thailand’s Real Estate Gains Strength from Tourism & Wellness Trends

Thailand’s property market remains resilient, anchored by evolving tourism and wellness investment. Developers are focusing on sustainable, lifestyle-oriented projects rather than volume—building for long-term value and liveability.

Market Outlook: Strategic Opportunities Ahead

  • Diversified Investment Flows: U.S. capital is targeting stability in Asia-Pacific’s key markets—premium offices, industrial assets, and student housing.

  • Urban Growth Drivers: Tokyo’s office rebound shows urban strength; Thailand’s wellness developments indicate emerging lifestyle demand.

  • Sector Challenges: High vacancy and oversupply in China’s industrial segment suggest caution and selectivity.

Tokyo Capitalise on rental growth + restricted office supply
